About
Graduated with a Master's degree in physiotherapy from ULB in 2020, I specialized in sports physiotherapy. I am currently a physiotherapist for the Belgian national U17 and U18 rugby IV teams, and I occasionally work with the Kituro club when I am not on the field as a player. My experience in the sports world naturally led me to train and develop expertise in the detection and management of concussions, particularly in a sports context. My approach to physiotherapy is dynamic and centered on interaction with the patient, emphasizing movement and functional adaptation. I like to approach physiotherapy in all its diversity, with a particular interest in orthopedic and sports pathologies. Listening to each patient, I favor personalized support, based on dialogue and setting common goals to develop the most appropriate treatment. I ensure that each person understands their condition, their imbalances, and their active role in their rehabilitation, in order to gain autonomy. Active listening, therapeutic education, and active exercises are at the heart of my practice. I will not hesitate to refer you if my limits in care are reached or if my treatments are not suitable. I offer a welcoming and inclusive environment, welcoming all LGBTQIA+ people. Feel free to let me know your pronouns.
