Passionate about fitness since 2009, I've turned my passion into a mission: to share with others all the benefits of exercise that I've personally experienced. For me, the human body is made for movement, and each session is an opportunity to reconnect with your body. A certified EREPS 3 Fitness Instructor & EREPS 4 Personal Trainer, I specialize in fitness, weight loss, and muscle gain, with a particular focus on balance, flexibility, and deep muscle strengthening. My approach is based on over fifteen years of intensive practice, my experience as a fitness coach in premium gyms in Brussels, and training programs based on exercises whose effectiveness has been scientifically proven. With me, there are no standardized methods; each program is created to meet the specific needs of my clients in every detail, while taking their real constraints into account. What drives me? The educational aspect of coaching is seeing a client progress, motivating them, pushing them when necessary, supporting and guiding them. It's about sharing my knowledge and designing effective training programs. My goal: to empower every person, regardless of their starting point, to feel stronger.
