About
Physiotherapist graduated since 2020, I am passionate about the human body and its health, particularly in the fields of orthopedics and traumatology. I specialized in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and sports physiotherapy. My goal is to offer active support by placing movement and functionality at the heart of sessions. I like to bring better knowledge and awareness of the body by combining exercise with manual therapy, individually and adapted to each person's specific needs. In parallel, I also see patients for oro-maxillofacial and myofunctional rehabilitation. This care includes the prevention, evaluation, and treatment of temporomandibular disorders that may be associated with headaches, tinnitus, neck pain, etc., as well as sleep disorders such as snoring and sleep apnea, through exercises aimed at rebalancing the muscles of the mouth, face, and neck. My approach to physiotherapy is dynamic and centered on interaction with the patient, emphasizing movement and functional adaptation. Here are some key elements that characterize this approach: 1. Movement as the foundation of rehabilitation: 2. Personalization of treatment 3. Interaction and collaboration 4. Integration of psychological aspects 5. Use of technology and modern tools
